How to Apply
Use the Mini Razor to shape brows by gently whisking away hairs from below your brows. With the Brow Pencil (in the cap of the product), fill in your brows using gentle, short strokes. After you've shaped and colored your brows, use the Brow Highlighter to accent your brow bone and bring dimension to your eyes. Sweep the highlighter directly under and above the brow line. You can also use the highlighter anywhere around the eyes that you would like to accent.
