Concept No-Movement Eyeliner

How to Apply Use fingertip to gently pull your eyelid taut toward the outside of your face. Use short, feathery strokes across your lids from the inner corner to the outside of your eyelids. Follow the natural contour of your eyes, staying close to your lash line. Use the smudger to blend before the line dries. Ideally the line should appear wider at the outside of your eyes and more narrow at the inner corner of your eyes.
